Thermoformed Trays
Our main process is manufacturing thermoformed trays for a variety of uses in the industry, from storage or transport and distribution of parts, to contain and/or exhibition of products at stores.
Heavy Gauge Trays
We have the expertise to develop heavy gauge thermoformed reusable trays up to 6 mm gauge and with maximum dimensions of 47” x 47” x 7 ¾”, which are ideal for material handling at production plant facilities.
Blister pack
The blister or blister pack is a special type of thermoformed packaging where a transparent plastic tray is sealed on a cardboard, containing a product between these two materials. Blister pack highlights your product on shelves, allowing the consumer to easily see your product and appreciate its properties in order to make a purchase decision.
Clamshell
Clamshell is a highly secure packaging for your product that consists of two transparent thermoformed plastic trays sealed together with your product and a promotional/specs print inside.
Press Pack
The press pack is a two-part cardboard that embraces a transparent thermoformed plastic tray with your product inside. Cardboard can be thin (caple or sulfated) or micro corrugated, which provides much security to your product as it is difficult to open.
